🔑 Upon your arrival
Please check the inventory displayed in your chalet. If any item is missing or any equipment is damaged, please inform us the same day so we can take action quickly.
🌍 Respect for the environment
Energy saving: Please turn off lights and heating when you leave your chalet.
(Heating set to 3 ≈ 20°C). Water is precious—please avoid leaving taps running unnecessarily.
♻️ Waste sorting
Containers are located at the entrance of the campsite.
Yellow container: All packaging should be placed loose and mixed together (plastic, cardboard, metal, food cartons, paper).
Glass: Bottles and jars must be placed in the designated container.
Recyclable mattress protectors: A specific container is available at the campsite entrance.
Compost: Two compost bins are available: near the playground or at the campsite entrance. Please do not dispose of meat or fish leftovers in them.
🔋 Used batteries can be dropped off at reception.
📶 Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi is free and available throughout the campsite.

🧺 Laundry
Washing machines and dryers are available in the sanitary block.
To use them, please come to reception. Detergent is provided.
⚡ Electric vehicle charging
Charging stations for electric vehicles are available in the campsite parking area.
To use a charging point, please come to reception to obtain a charging card.
Payment will be made when returning the card to reception.
🚻 Toilets
Please only dispose of toilet paper in the toilets.
It is forbidden to throw in: wipes, tampons, sanitary pads, condoms.
This helps preserve our wastewater treatment system.
🔇 Campsite rules
🚗 Cars must be parked in the parking area for the duration of your stay.
🌙 Please respect quiet hours after 10:00 PM.
🚭 Smoking is not allowed inside the chalets.
📋 Before your departure
The day before your departure, please come to reception to settle your bill (bar, bread, pastries, electric vehicle charging, tourist tax) and arrange a check-out inspection time.
On the day of departure (before 10:00 AM):
Please clean the chalet (cleaning service available on request), defrost the refrigerator (set to 0 without unplugging it), clean the hob and microwave, shake and fold the blankets.
